Hi, I’m Boyu(Yarrow) Ren 👋 中文版

I'm a master's student at the University of Auckland, specializing in Artificial Intelligence. My interests lie in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Machine Learning, with a particular focus on AI architecture and system design.

I have hands-on experience in both academic research and real-world applications, having contributed to AI projects in multimodal content tagging, intelligent dialogue systems, and storybook generation. My technical stack includes Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs, GNNs, and RAG or MultiAgent systems.

  Participated in the implementation of AI projects, assisted with model development and optimization, engaged in internal collaboration and technical exploration, and enhanced understanding of machine learning engineering practices.

• AI Developer Intern @ HOUGARDEN.COM 🏠
  Assisted in developing and testing machine learning models, participated in research to improve algorithm efficiency and performance, collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into products, analyzed and interpreted data to optimize model performance, and documented and presented research outcomes and progress.

  Exploring multi-view retrieval and hierarchical abstraction using structural entropy and GNNs.

• Smart Real Estate Chatbot (HOUGARDEN)
  Designed a multi-agent RAG architecture for property Q&A, including knowledge base, API integration, and map toolkits.

• Multimodal Auto-Tagging System
  Combined image, text, and geolocation data to detect fraud and auto-generate property tags with GNNs.

• AI Storybook Generation
  Developed a multi-agent system with multilingual TTS capabilities, supporting diverse narrative voices and styles.
